Use of the platform
By accessing the platform you agree to provide accurate information and to use listings, offers and messaging only for genuine property transactions.
Listings and offers
Sellers and brokers are responsible for the accuracy of listing content. Offers submitted through the platform are non-binding until a contract is signed.
Commission
A 2% commission on the agreed sale price applies to completed transactions unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
