Platform commission

2% of the agreed sale price, charged once the transfer completes. No lead fees.

Government registration fees, valuation and inspection charges are set by the relevant authority or provider and are shown in every cost breakdown.

Where a purchase is financed, the lender's processing fee is displayed separately in the buyer cost summary.
